About Kelsey Henderson
Kelsey Henderson is Practice Manager, Corporate Affairs at High Country Search. Prior to High Country, Kelsey spent the earlier part of her career with Korn Ferry’s Corporate Affairs Practice. She joined High Country Search in 2024 to build and lead the the Corporate Affairs and non-profit functions. Kelsey has partnered with global clients on executive roles for all company types, both for and non-profit, varying in size, location, and industry, including ServiceNow, UnitedHealth Group, Kaiser Family Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Mercy Flight Central, Liberty Media, The New York Times, Micron, Lucid, The World Bank, McKesson, and more. These roles spanned CEOs, Government Affairs, Communications, Investor Relations, and the departments they support.
Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at PB and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and political science from the State University of New York. She serves as the President of The National Investor Relations Institute, Rocky Mountain Chapter, and on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and playing with her Bernedoodle, Walter.
