Laura Resag

Laura is an associate. In her role, Laura supports the firm’s ESG practice by providing strategic counsel, research and ESG content development.  She also supports clients by conducting financial and market research, targeting investors and analysts, providing shareholder analyses, and planning major investor events. Prior to joining Sharon Merrill, Laura supported capital market transactions and ESG communications at an investor relations consultancy in Germany. Previously, Laura conducted IR at an MDAX-listed company in Germany where she supported earnings preparation, non-deal roadshow coordination and investor positioning and messaging. Laura earned a M.Sc. in International Business and Finance from Hult International Business School.
