Ian Rhoades

Ian is an associate.  He supports clients from emerging organizations to Fortune 500 corporations. Ian’s passion for researching and understanding company business metrics and sector-level dynamics matched with his prior experience as a senior financial analyst positions him well to support companies in conducting investor surveillance, creating strategic Q&A preparation materials, and understanding how analysts will perceive corporate messaging. Ian’s previous industry experience includes working in the investor relations department at a Fortune 25 company, where he was responsible for earnings preparation, non-deal roadshows, news release development and C-level counsel. Ian is currently a board member of a small financial institution and graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University with a B.S. in Finance.
