Communications Specialist

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing competitive and market intelligence and analyses
  • Conducting research critical to client senior management decision-making on key corporate actions
  • Preparing client senior management for conference calls and meetings with investors with research on past corporate disclosures as well as analyst and investor perceptions
  • Developing Q&A documents in advance of client communications
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for employees, investors, customers and other stakeholder audiences
  • Incorporating innovative digital, video and design skills into clients’ content
  • Coordinating logistics for corporate events, such as non-deal investor road shows and investor days
  • Implementing marketing and social media campaigns for clients and agency
  • Providing research for new business development initiatives

  • Counseling investor relations clients on quarterly earnings communications and draft all relevant materials, including news releases and conference call scripts
  • Developing crisis communications plans and lead the strategic implementation of these plans in the event of actual crises
  • Providing presentation and media coaching to senior management
  • Implementing innovative communications solutions, including video, social and other digital platforms
  • Counseling C-suite executives with gravitas, poise and confidence
