Julie F. Lorigan

JulieLorigan_croppedJulie F. Lorigan is a Senior Vice President. She brings more than 30 years of experience in investor relations, media relations, and corporate and C-suite communications, with expertise in a wide range of situations, including strategic and financial transactions, M&A and crisis management. She has worked across a variety of global organizations in diverse industries, including retail, manufacturing, computer hardware and software, and Internet software and services.

Prior to joining Sharon Merrill in 2015, Julie served as senior vice president, business development for an investor research and IR advisory firm located in Farmington, Connecticut, and as senior vice president of investor and media relations at The Talbots, Inc. She is a former member of the board of the National Investor Relations Institute’s Boston Chapter. Julie has a B.A. in English from Allegheny College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.

  • Board advisory services related to a CEO/management transition.
  • Strategic counsel for a board of directors confronting increased shareholder activism.
