Will Dyke

Will is a senior associate.  He advises clients across a broad range of investor relations and corporate communications areas, including quarterly results announcements, narrative development, investor outreach, disclosure and crisis communications. He also has experience helping companies go public through IPO and SPAC transactions. As a skilled IR professional, Will believes that well-planned, effective communications programs are essential for companies to build value and manage risk.

Before joining Sharon Merrill, Will worked as a Senior Associate at ICR, Inc. in the firm’s Asia IR practice for technology, media and telecommunications companies. In this role, he helped companies to list on US exchanges and implement best-in-class IR programs. Prior to that, Will was a supervising editor at a publicly listed EdTech company in Beijing, China, where he helped to establish and build out the company’s first editorial team. Will graduated from the University of New Hampshire cum laude with a BA in English Literature and Honors in Major.
